Oh, and please remove blatant reposts of Animal Crossing Items top-scoring posts in the sub. I don't care if they claim they saw it on Facebook, it was just on our front page a week ago (that's probably the way the person on Facebook saw it and posted it), and in general I think there ought to be a"in case you did not make it, prevent posting it" rule.
Agreeing with other comments here--It feels like we need a little more flair onto the sub floor, possibly a mega ribbon index of some kind to sort what's cluttering the feed. Or maybe daily discussion subjects? Not sure on logistics but it may help!
My closing thought-I think it'd be wonderful to some thing about the edited photographs, a flair could be fine.
To expand in my view: if it's something which's built into the game since launching occurs annual (like NYE, festive period, bunny day etc), I do not care as much about spoilers. I don't like seeing spoilers which come from a brand new swap for new content (such as Pavé or Halloween and probably Mario), however I know it's a risk to see them once I get online after an upgrade. However, this is my opinion feelings onto it, and all means of playing/views on spoilers are legitimate acceptable. I've noticed people are extremely passionate about this particular game, and often have contradictory views on topics like this, but I only want the most people possible to have fun enjoy the sport the sub.
No issue with the memorial posts here. If it appears to sad for me I just keep scrolling.
A number of the usual occurrences posts are a problem, that's when they are just that, common. I really do love milestone posts, but I could be irritating to view 5 of the exact same I only got a blue rose or I just got 5 stars posts. It's a hard call because people are extremely important minutes genuinely enjoyable to share. But I feel the landmarks should remain because general, it is an enjoyable way to bond as a community, observing together.
It would be really hard to apply the spoilers rules. Even with out hacking, a person in state, New Zealand, could have the newest update almost a complete day until I get it on the west coast. They could post an image that's untrue and not a spoiler for them but it might ruin a surprise for me personally due to the time difference. When does something stop counting as a "spoiler"? Everyone knows people time traveling in AC it's a long haul game, so the danger of being exposed to spoilers is large. This risk responsibility should be about the person browsing, maybe not the obligation of the poster. That said I do think a spoiler flair of some kind would be fine, only to have the option, since it's upsetting to be spoiled on something, and we are just looking for fun here. I have a feeling people would get accustomed to Animal Crossing Bells For Sale the flair eventually and much more folks would begin using it!
