WeatherNext 2's key strength is its speed. It can predict hundreds of possible weather scenarios from a single starting point in less than a minute. The resolution is also up to one hour, meaning you can now predict the next 15 days' worth of weather in hourly intervals. Earlier models required multiple processing cycles to generate a single forecast, but FGN avoids this. The model is trained on individual weather elements or marginals, such as temperature or wind speed. Yet, it accurately predicts joints—complex interconnected systems.
