How to Retrieve Facebook Account Using Trusted Contacts?

Steps to Recover Facebook Account with Trusted Contacts
1. Go to the Facebook Login Page
Visit and click on Forgotten password? under the login box.
2. Find Your Account
Enter your name, username, or profile link.
Select your account from the list.
3. Choose “No Longer Have Access to These?”
If you don’t have access to your registered email or phone, click No longer have access to these?.
4. Reveal Trusted Contacts Option
Facebook will show the option to use Trusted Contacts.
Enter the full name of one of your Trusted Contacts to confirm.
5. Get the Security Codes
Facebook will provide a special recovery link.
Share this link with your Trusted Contacts and ask them to visit it.
Each friend will receive a unique security code.
6. Enter the Codes and Recover Account
Collect the codes from at least 3 Trusted Contacts.
Enter them into the recovery page on Facebook.
You’ll then be able to reset your password and log back into your account.

This method works only if you set up Trusted Contacts beforehand.
Make sure you ask your real Trusted Contacts—never share your recovery link with strangers.
