Role: Business Data Governance Analyst Location: Meridian, OH (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months

Requirements: Role Overview: We are seeking a Business Data Governance Analyst to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for our Unified Data Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data governance, healthcare industry processes (especially TPA), and business process analysis. This Corp to corp role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure effective alignment between business objectives and technical solutions, with a strong emphasis on data privacy, compliance, and governance.

Key Responsibilities: •       Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements. •       Translate business needs into precise technical specifications for the data platform. •       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business and technical alignment. •       Drive data governance best practices across the platform. •       Analyze and interpret complex healthcare data, particularly within TPA processes. •       Engage and manage key stakeholders throughout project lifecycles. •       Develop and support comprehensive business process analysis. •       Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and compliance standards. •       Provide detailed project documentation and reporting. •       Support project management activities related to data initiatives.

Required Skill Set: •       Proven expertise in Business Requirements Gathering and Technical Specification Writing. •       Strong background in Data Governance and Data Management practices. •       In-depth knowledge of the Healthcare Industry, specifically TPA processes. •       Experience in Business Process Analysis and optimization. •       Proficient in USA staffing Data Analysis and Interpretation. •       Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management skills. •       Strong Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities. •       Understanding of Data Privacy and Compliance requirements. •       Experience with Project Management methodologies. •       High attention to detail and accuracy. •       Familiarity with Data Management and Governance Tools (experience with specific tools is a plus).

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
  • Conduct analysis and documentation of non-functional requirements for change initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Understand the end-to-end testing scope, map flow of events, and identify testing scenarios for validation.
  • Manage production defect resolution by coordinating with product owners and other stakeholders to ensure timely fixes.
  • Support Remblu Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Coordinate with product and technology teams to ensure proper understanding of requirements.
  • Perform gap analysis and support UAT planning and execution.
  • Ensure traceability of requirements and maintain documentation as per program standards.
